Come and join us for our Mums Fitness & Toddler Play at Elixr Health Club in Bondi Junction.

Our sessions will take place on Monday mornings for a 6 week block from Febuary 12th – March 18th.

Gráinne and Jennifer are both passionate about their mum community. Our exercise class and toddler play aims to support mothers in feeling healthy by finding time to exercise during their busy days!

They will facilitate 5 mums and their toddlers.

Mums will participate in a class taught by Grainne (pre and post natal qualified PT and Pilates instructor with 15 years experience). The children will engage in play based learning with Miss Jennifer (Early Childhood & Primary Teacher with 15 years experience).
